In order to deliver a great satisfaction and quick response service to our customer, LUXEA NAIL currently ships to United States, Mid-East and UK+Europe. For orders to other destinations, please submit your enquiry through our contact page, one of our representatives will be with you within 24 hours.

Attention
1. Before you place your order, please confirm the shipping address. If you have filled in your address incorrectly, please contact customerservice@luxeanail.com immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.
2. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to customer negligence, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information provided, such as order address/contact number/recipient name. In this case, order cannot be refunded.
3. Depending on local postal delivery conditions, you may need to collect your package from your local post office. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Q: How can I track my package?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is updated. We will ship to the address you designate with your order as your "shipping address". If shipping company reports that your package has been delivered to the address you provided, you are responsible for following up with the shipping company in the event that you do not receive your package.
Q: My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
A: Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few business days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
Q: Package is in my country but tracking hasn’t updated.
A: We are super excited for you to receive your goodies, but please be patient! International orders may take up to 35 business days to be delivered.
It is often helpful to refer to your local courier's online tracking, as it may have more accurate tracking information for your order. Alternatively, we recommend directly contacting your local post/customs office. The best way to do this is by simply locating your nearest post/customs office and visiting them in person. We recommend you physically visit the office to locate your package as your courier's online tracking may not recognize your generated tracking number.
If 35 full business days pass and you do not receive your order, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number!
Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: Yes, LUXEA NAIL currently ships to United States, Mid-east and UK+Europe. And we expect to expand our business all over the world in future.
Q: Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?
A: Yes! Once your return is approved, you'll receive step-by-step instructions by our customer service team via email.
Q: When do I get my refund?
A: Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package.
