Q1: How can I request for a refund?
Please kindly reach out to our friendly customer service team at customerservice@luxeanail.com for your return or refund needs. We're here to make things right, but to keep it all smooth sailing, please wait for our go-ahead before you send any items back. Declaring your order id in the e-mail will ensure that we could handle your request promptly and responsibly.
Q2: How much refund can I get?
Since each pair of LUXEA's nails will be handmade by nail artist as soon as your order is placed, and the production will take around 3-5 working days, your refund amount varies depending on different time frames.
1.72 hours after your order is placed: 100% refund.
2.As soon as the order is shipped and within 7 days of receipt of your order delivery: USD$10 logistics processing fee will be deducted from the full refund amount.
Q3: When do I get my refund?
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
